Day 01 Arrival Mumbai
Arrive at Mumbai airport or station. Transfer to the hotel.
Check in and relax for the evening.

Day 02 Mumbai / Cochin
After taking breakfast in the hotel proceed on an excursion to the world renowned Elephanta caves. Now a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO it is one and one-half hour drive from Mumbai.
Take the city tour covering the Gateway of India, Jain Temple at Malabar Hill.
Transfer to the airport to take a flight for Cochin.
After reaching Cochin transfer to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03 Cochin
The oldest European settlement in India, Cochin is popularly known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea.
Morning visit to Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Church of St. Francis, the Bolghatty Palace & the famous Chinese fishing nets.
Afternoon, Harbor cruise - Cochin has one of the finest natural harbors.
Evening witness the Kathakali dance performance. Kathakali is a fantastic dance drama with 2000 year old history. It has more than 100 different 'mudras' or gesture depicting deities, demons, heroes, heroines and kings - each based on episodes from the Mahabharata and Ramayana, the two great Indian Epics.

Day 04 Cochin / Kumarakom
In the morning, drive to Kumarakom and check into the hotel. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure or you can visit the villages, the Bird Sanctuary, the Country Boat Cruise, or go for an Ayurvedic Massage.

Day 05 Kumarakom
Spend the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, board on a Houseboat and depart for a cruise through the fascinating scenic backwaters towards Alleppey. Enjoy the limitless stretch of water.

Day 06 Kumarakom / Periyar
Proceed to Periyar amidst mist capped mountains On arrival check in to hotel, and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07 Periyar / Cochin
The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the 16 Project Tiger reserves in India, is famous for its elephant population, which is around 800 in number. Here you can observe the elephants in their natural surroundings, uninterrupted.
A boat safari on the Periyar Lake will provide you with an opportunity to spot exotic wildlife in its natural habitat.

Day 07 Periyar / Cochin
Morning drive back to Cochin and check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08 Cochin / Mumbai
Morning flight to Mumbai. Spend the day experiencing the city atmosphere of Mumbai and also see some of the places of interest. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09 Mumbai
Have breakfast and transfer to the International Airport for taking a flight for your ongoing destination.
