Hyderabad is the city of the Nawabs with a number of old monuments. The Charminar is the major attraction in the city. Near by is the Mecca Masjid while the Jami Masjid and the Toli Masjid are the two other mosques which are worth seeing. The Regency Mansion has some expensive art objects, tapestries, carpets and the diamonds of the Falaknuma Palace must not be missed. The other must-see places are the Birla temple, the Salarjung Museum and the Nehru Zoological Park.
